Is Don Mills and Eglington a safe apartment rental area?

My name is Mike and I am looking to rent an apartment at Don MIlls and Eglinton.
I found the place on Dennis Drive and I have used internet sites to find all the nearby shopping and transit,
but I really don't know the area so well, does anyone live nearby?

is it loud at night? is it a good neighbourhood?
I don't want a dream rental to turn into a nightmare!

If anyone lives on or near Dennis Drive and has any information it would be amazing.

Has anyone looked at this.
I have moved in and it doesn't seem to be to big of a problem, but I am still looking for any advice or suggestions.
