Learn more about "search engine optimization" for your website. Learn to utilize social networks, web applications and blogs to bring in more business and prosper.

Web apps to consider: google analytics, google places, yuuguu, blogspot...

On my own personal Real Estate website (you can check it out http://www.nickcarere.com) you can see that I've linked my twitter, my blog, active rain, linkedin, facebook (I created a group just for my Real Estate business, much better than your personal facebook stuff), all with little icons rather than urls - way better. Also I started a completely free network for Realtors recently, http://www.primoagents.com, and we have it so agents can add all their social medias via icons on their profiles, all very easily. You can check my profile out, just search for Nick when you get there. The more places you have people linking to all the social media stuff you've set up (and worked hard to build) the better. I would also suggest using HootSuite to manage your Tweets on Twitter, and make sure you take advantage of automatic set-ups that you can do to automatically tweet any new blog entries you make and enter those tweets automatically on your facebook page, etc. Hope this helps.
